As of summer 2008, our range of services is expanded by a new residential wing with nine luxurious residential suites. 
The most spacious and luxurious suite will proudly bear the name of Queen Milena, the only QUEEN in the history of Montenegro, while other suites will carry names of her daughters.
While our suites are named after famous and distinguished women of Montenegrin history, their furnishings and equipment are modern following current global interior decoration trends. Guests staying in these suites will enjoy supreme service and their requests will be fulfilled with special care.

Terms and conditions:

All rates are in EURO-s, per person per day, including breakfast and VAT.
Half board supplement is 15,00 EUR per person per day.
Third person in the room/suite has 20% discount on the valid rate.

Children
Until 2 years old on regular bed – free of charge / Baby cot (on request) – 5,00 EUR per day;
From 2 until 12 years old on additional bed – 50% discount;
2 children under 12 years old alone in the room 20% discount per child;
1 child under 12 years old with 1 adult in the room 30% dicsount.

Local tax and insurance are not included in the above stated rates:
Adults 1,50 EUR per person per day;
Children from 12 until 18 years old 1,00 EUR per child per day;
Children from 2 until 12 years old 0,50 EUR per child per day;
Children up to 2 years old do not pay tax and insurance.

Supplement for single use of the suite or a family room is:

Season I - 40%
Season II - 40%
Season III - 45%
Season IV - 50%

Late check-out until 06:00 pm is charged with a 60% discount on the above stated rates.
The daily stay until 08:00 pm is charged at the above stated rates with a discount of 30%.
Additional services included in the room rate are: parking place, use of swimming pool (sun beds and umbrellas), entrance to the casino, entrance to the beach (excluding use of sun beds and umbrellas), WLAN in the lobby, LAN in rooms, safety deposit box in rooms.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment is only in dinars by selling rate of commercial bank.

PAYMENT:
- 30% of the arrangement has to be paid for reservation and the rest  15 days before starting the arrangement.

With this program are valid general terms of travel agency Mornar.
The tour operator is a travel agency Mornar, license OTP 567/2010 valid from 29.04.2010.
