Primorka

The biggest building of the recreation area, hidden among lushly verdant tropical vegetation. In the 5-storey building 24 standard rooms, 24 superior rooms and 4 suites await our guests. Most of the rooms have balcony and a view to the sea. 32 rooms can be opened into each other, thus there is opportunity for forming greater family rooms.

Jadranka

There are 7 luxury rooms in the elegant villa. It was built at the beginning of the century and carries the characteristic traits of architecture of that time, the preservation of which has been greatly emphasized during the restoration. 2 rooms can be opened each other creating an ideal accommodation for families. The rooms are equipped with plasma- and cable TV with DVD-player, 6 rooms have jacuzzi. 
However, the real speciality of the suites is the breath-taking view onto the gulf of Kotor from their balconies. Furthermore there is a restaurant for 30 people in the bottom of the building, awaiting guest with grill specialities.

Novljanka

In this smaller group of buildings there are 16 double rooms at our guests’ disposal with great floor-space. Due to its central location the parking house, the wellness centre and the lobby are easily accessible.

Lovcen

In this building is the central a’la-carte restaurant located, as well as a conference centre meeting all requirements, the biggest room of which is capable of receiving 150 people. Furthermore 2 section rooms are at the guests’ disposal. Above the restaurant there are 5 exclusive suites with great floor-space, own terrace and beautiful view to the sea.

Villas

On the territory of the recreation area there are 20 4 bungalows with 20 suites at our guests' disposal. The suites (28 m²) are consisted of a living room (28 m²) and a bedroom. Extra bed facility is available. This type of accommodation is expressly suited especially suitable for accommodating fellowships of friends, as well as greater families, since owing due to the restoration there is a possibility to open the suites (2x2) into each other. Extra bed facility is available. One of the so connected suites is equipped with jacuzzi and there is another one with tea-kitchen.

A terrace belongs to the suites on the ground floor are with terrace, while suites on the first floor have a balcony.

Mimoza

Only a promenade separates the newest building refurbished in 2008 from the sea. The five-storied building features 61 modern, classic guest-rooms with young-style furniture and French balcony, as well as 4 very spacious, luxury apartments with a view of the sea and a built-in Jacuzzi, meeting the needs of even the most demanding guests. A part of the guest-rooms overlooking the flower garden or the town may be opened as connecting rooms, thus ensuring a cosy, home atmosphere, if requested. Restaurant MIMOZA with a view to the sea is located on the ground-floor, offering genuine gastronomic experiences to the friends of international food and special tastes. Our guests will also find here a grill and bear garden, and an ice-cream parlour as well.

Guests are able to relax at the hotel's own beach, tempered swimming pool, paddling pool (the pools are opened from 01. May until 20. October), multi functional sports field, wellness center, equipped with infra sauna and steam saunas, Jacuzzi and solarium, with possibility of taking advantage of the extra services, like massages, manicure, pedicure, animations, kidsclub. In the rooms there are free wifi internet.Those who are fond of active fresh relaxation there are different water sports at the sea. Others can visit various attractive areas of the country with a rent-a- car or join organizes excursions. The Hotel can organize transfers.Three restaurants and drink bars await the guests of the complex with lots of local and international specialities.

The hotel's conference hall with a 150-seating capacity and modern equipment may be a site of workshops and seminars in an environment other than usual. The whole is surrounded by a lovely environment.

An Internet corner is also available for guests, as well as a car lot for approximetely 70 vehicles.

Payment is only in dinars by selling rate of commercial bank.
